If you have picky eaters when it comes to veggies, try baking them in the oven. On a low heat about 250 degrees. It brings out the natural sugars this way, and my picky eaters are not so picky now. lol
I bake in bunches, then freeze. thaw in the fridge, and slightly warm in the micro. Works great.
You can bake carrots, sweet taters, peppers etc..... use your imagination.
