A cockatoo drops tree branches down onto a koala because he is too close to the bird's tree hollow. I like how the koala is very laid back throughout the ordeal, and cockatoo finally gives up.

The cocky should have been more worried about the Indian Mynah bird that was just above its nest hollow, those birds are notorious pests, that will destroy eggs & young of other species. Koalas are pretty laid back during the day, when they are sleeping most of the time, they can however become pretty territorial too & quite aggressive when they are active...perhaps the cocky had a run-in with that koala previously...as we all know, a cocky that has been #$*@ed off will often want to deal pay back!
Just a thought ;-)

Don't mess with the cockatoos. I read somewhere that an irritated resident threw tennis balls at the noisy birds that would wake him up, and they came and tore up his gutter so that every time it rains, it's like a little waterfall. smile

Haha...love it...that's why I love them & always have (even when I was woken up by them every morning growing up), they are birds with ATTITUDE!! How anyone can want to hurt them amazes & angers me
