We try to help people with their bird problems, but sometimes it's difficult... especially when a standing member purchases a bird knowing how we feel.

But when a standing members friend (or friends) ask for membership to this forum... only to use the most foul-mouth language possible in order to "put us in our place"... we simply dont need the aggravation.

You truly ARE known by the company you keep...

What a shame that is the type of youth she's turning out.

reconsider its suitability as a pet.

I teach kids his age; I see it every day. No respect for anyone. So sad and a boy like this is around an innocent bird; hopefully he is kind to his animals.

I agree with Nanis Mom the children now days seem to have little if any respect for people or animals. I guess I must have missed this too with being new. Oh well story of my life a day late and a dollar short <img border="0" alt="[laughing]" title="" src="graemlins/laugh[1].gif" />

Lynne you hit the needle on the head. I see this type of behavior all the time at the zoo. Its amazing the numbers of children that have not learned respect from their parents. I couldnt count the number of kids I have had to speak to being mean to animals while a parent stands by and watches!! angry Nancy

maddening... you don't know who to spank first, the child or the parent!
