Went grocery shopping with my MIL today, and we visited Trader Joe's. I used to shop TJ's in California, and then later in Arizona, but this is the first time I've been in one for about ten years. Had forgotten grocery shopping could be such FUN!
Picked up raw, unsalted cashews for the birds (and us) and other raw unsalted nuts, too, and figs, dried apricots, tempeh, and other lovely things pertainning to Eating Hearty. Bill and Phred seem to approve of the nuts. . .and they were far less expensive than the other local markets. The cashews were about half as much! YAY!

Yes, in Mount Pleasant area! Too bad the antique market will be going though. I saw this in the paper the other day. Brian, where else do you shop in this area as 2 of my favorite places have recently closed and its hard to find medium to large bird "stuff".

I miss SC! I only got to live there for 1 1/2 years on the Navy Base in Goose Creek hehe. I miss it! My son was born there:) Great place! Minus the palmetto bugs...
