Do all Goffin's 'toos have bald spots on the tops of their heads? I know, with cockatiels, that Lutino 'tiels tend to have bald spots behind their crests, and whether they do or not tends to be an inherited genetic trait. Just wondering if it was the same case with Goffin's.
